Plus resistance training or weight training helps you to burn calories both during and after exercise and build more muscle! Short on time? Then hit cardio for 15 minutes at a challenging pace and weight train those large muscle groups: Legs, Chest, Back, Core. Commit to 20-30 minutes most days of the week of moderate activity and you will keep those muscles strong! Now get up and get moving! No excuses!
