I am doing the Skinny Jeans Challenge with Admamson's Peak Performance. It's a 12 week program and I am halfway through week 4....I keep counting the weeks and looking at them in different ways....saying things like "I'm almost halfway there" or "one third down" and "only two more four week blocks and I'm at the end". I'm cracking myself up at all the angles I am looking at getting to the END. Today however, I decided to look at it at a new angle. This one is "Enjoy the Journey". I can't just celebrate the destination, I need take in the journey to get there. For one, I am surrounded by some of the nicest most knowledgeable people in the fitness industry in Redding at Adamsons and each day I train I get to see them and learn. I also have to appreciate that this is a process maybe like a work of art that I am sculpting my muscles and each day/week I feel them changing (thanks to my trainer Zak who is pushing me beyond my limits). It's funny arms actually change really fast, it's kind of cool how that is. Last, committing to goals and hard work does not only mean I'm passionate about the results but about the path as well. If I love the path I'm on I am motivated to the next step. And that next step maybe getting through week 5 (41% of the way there!).

Go Naomi! I am so proud of you as you embark on your journey! You are my inspiration and I'm in this with you throughout the entire process and beyond! We are now FIT FEMALES! ..I agree.. Zak and the team at Admanson's are AMAZING!
