What a difference just over two weeks makes! It's amazing how much positive change can happen in a short period of time when you're good to your body. The right nutrition with a great workout plan. Just over two weeks ago I remember putting on my jeans and trying to do the "stretch" to make them fit, you know the one, squatting and lunging to make them bigger. Jeans don't lie, I had obviously had a little too much "fun" over the summer. Right now I'm packing for a weekend trip. I pulled out my jeans again to see which ones I could wear comfortably....AMAZING first pair felt GREAT, 2nd pair as well and the pair I had to "stretch" into just over two weeks ago, perfect! Joe Adamson said to me I should get a pair (if I already didn't have one) of jeans that I would dream of getting into and try them on throughout this program. I see why it's called the Skinny Jeans Challenge, it will be a blast to get on my "dream" jeans. Tomorrow I get to workout with my personl trainer Zak, and I can't wait. Like I said what I difference just a couple of weeks makes, how fast the body responds. So grateful to be able to get my jeans on so soon!
