I finished the Skinny Jeans Challenge just before Christmas! I lost about 15 lbs and one jean size! Today, I start the Skinny Jeans New Body Design program which is the same program but this time with a group instead of one on one with my trainer Zak. This program is 16 weeks and will incorporate the training program again with the nutrition. I'm excited to start again and look forward to great results over the next 4 months.
